Two people who had something in common, Ángela and Juanito, who could not enjoy food like the other people around them. Angela was allergic to gluten, and Juanito was diabetic. Every day they saw different desserts and foods that they both wanted, but due to their situation, it was not possible for them. Three friends they had in common, with a deep desire born of experience, started with the purpose of making a change, of being able to give a moment of happiness to those people who have been deprived of this opportunity for a long time, such as his friends. Throughout their lives, these three friends have met many other exceptional people who, due to some condition, cannot consume certain elements such as gluten or conventional sugars, and live limited to not being able to consume many of the desserts that the rest of the people enjoy and savor each day. With a sincere desire to be able to see the joy flood the faces of their customers for being able to enjoy a flavor that they believed impossible to experience for a long time in the region, the three friends decided to start an ambitious project: to start selling gluten-free brownies gluten-free and specially prepared brownies with alternative sweeteners. To this day, our brownies flavor and product proposition has been a resounding success with our customers, and while we have had many obstacles in our way, the future in front of us is as bright as the sun at sunset, and our story is far from over.
